From the very beginning of our history, Jesuits have been sent to work in education and the spiritual guidance of the young. At present, there is a large network of primary and secondary schools; Jesuits and lay people in many countries are involved in university ministry.
We cannot imagine our societies without the presence of internet and the social media. They are an important element of life especially for young people. Jesuits and partners in mission involved in the digital media across Europe meet every year in the JesWebCom meeting.
